At MyOccasions.com we strive to provide our customers the best items at the best price. We allow vendors from around the world a marketplace on our website to sell their products. Vendors on our site come from the United States, China, and so on. If you’re a vendor and interested in selling your products, please reach out to us via the Vendor signup link on the website.

We do not stock products. Our vendors ship the products directly to you (the consumer) and all shipping and returns must be arranged between you and the vendor directly. You can find the return instructions in order when received. Please note that shipping times can vary and orders shipped at discounted rates from far away countries can take a longer time to arrive. Some items can arrive within two weeks and some can take 45-60 days to arrive. Therefore, please do not buy an item from a vendor on our site if you require it within a short amount of time.

Please note that MyOccasions.com or any person associated with MyOccasions.com shall not be held liable for any shipping delays, or any other matter. We are simply the hub for vendors to sell their items through our marketplace. By using MyOccasions.com you acknowledge that you understand our policy. Should there be any dispute between you and a vendor, we cannot be held liable in any shape or form including lawsuits or the court. We will make attempts to contact the vendor to resolve your case, however this does not bind us to an agreement and we will only do so in good faith. We will investigate fraud conducted by any vendor, however we are not liable for any disputes that involve such fraud. By using our website you acknowledge and understand that vendors can take over 2 to 3 months to ship a product and in some cases products are delayed further. Items at low prices have much higher demands and this can create overburden for the vendors, thus resulting in these delays.
